Preparing existing jewelry for shipment

Preparation usually takes 5–7 business days and, in certain cases, may take up to 21 calendar days. This period covers preparation and handover to the courier and does not include delivery time.
If a size adjustment or other agreed work is required, we will provide the expected completion time before confirming the order.

Custom jewelry production

Production usually takes between three weeks and one month. The expected completion date and production start will be agreed in the order following approval of the design and payment terms. Complex work or sourcing a special gemstone may take longer; an appropriate timeframe will be provided before the order is confirmed.

Delivery time

Delivery is additional to preparation or production. In Israel, delivery usually takes an estimated 5–7 calendar days after handover to the courier. Exceptional circumstances, including the security situation, may cause delays. For the USA and Europe, the estimate is 5–7 business days after carrier handover, subject to the individual quote and shipping circumstances, including customs and the security situation. Other destinations are quoted individually.

A specific date

Please contact us before purchasing if the jewelry is needed for an event or gift on a specific date. A commitment to a particular date must be expressly agreed in the order.
