When you place an order, contact us or book a service, we receive information you provide, such as your name, telephone number, email, delivery address, order details and correspondence. Payment security

Website payment is made using a secure PayPlus payment page. Payment details are entered and processed in the payment system. According to PayPlus's published information, its services comply with PCI DSS Level 1 and use encrypted communication to protect transmitted information. Security systems reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute protection against intrusion or unauthorized use.

Marketing and cookies

Marketing messages are sent subject to applicable law, including consent where required. You may request removal using the instructions in the message or by emailing the store. Operational order and appointment messages are distinct from marketing.

There is currently no fixed automatic deletion date for order details in the website system, and records may remain until deliberate deletion. Requests are handled under applicable law; records subject to a retention obligation are not necessarily deleted immediately. Reasonable identity verification may be required.

Policy updates

Material changes will be communicated appropriately. A policy update does not by itself authorize a new use of personal information that requires consent or another legal basis.
