These terms govern website use and purchases together with the product specification, order details and policies. Mandatory legal rights remain applicable. Terms agreed for an existing order are not changed retrospectively by website updates.

Jewelry and gemstone descriptions

The relevant specification in the product page and order confirmation includes the metal and fineness, measurements, stone type and weight, and other material characteristics or treatments known to us. Diamonds are identified as natural or laboratory-grown. A center stone's weight is distinguished from the combined weight of accent stones.
Where an external laboratory report is included, this is stated in the product details; not every stone or piece includes such a report. Photographs show the item, but lighting and display settings can affect color appearance. Such variations do not permit supply of an item materially different from the agreed specification.

Prices, orders and payment

Consumer prices in Israel are in Israeli shekels and include VAT as required by law. Domestic delivery is free. International shipping is quoted individually before the order is completed; destination-country taxes, duties and clearance charges are the customer's responsibility as set out in the shipping policy.
The approved order details are the basis for fulfillment. If an availability problem, material error or other impediment is found, we will contact the customer promptly to agree a solution or cancellation and repayment under applicable law. Items or prices will not be changed without the customer's approval.

Custom work

The design, specification, price, payment terms and expected delivery date will be approved before production. After production starts, no order change may be made without the store's prior written approval. Changes depend on professional feasibility and agreement on any additional charge and revised delivery date. Cancellation is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Delivery, cancellations and service

Preparation and delivery periods are set out in the relevant pages and order confirmation. Our refund policy explains cancellation methods, periods and permitted fees. Please email tzurgems@gmail.com regarding faults, nonconformity or other inquiries. These terms do not provide a blanket exemption from the store's legal responsibilities.

Website content

Content, photographs and designs belong to their respective rights holders. Commercial copying or use requires permission unless allowed by law.
Israeli law applies to the agreement. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.
