Shipping policy

Domestic delivery in Israel is free of charge and provided by a courier to the customer's address.

Preparation and production

Preparing an existing piece of jewelry for shipment usually takes 5–7 business days and, in certain cases, may take up to 21 calendar days. Custom jewelry production usually takes between three weeks and one month, according to the approved design and order. Delivery time is additional to preparation or production time.

Delivery in Israel

Based on our experience, delivery usually takes 5–7 calendar days after the parcel is handed to the courier. This is an estimate. Exceptional circumstances, including the security situation, may cause longer delivery times. The expected delivery date will be specified in the order; we will notify the customer of known delays.

International delivery

International shipping is quoted separately according to the destination, address, jewelry value and shipping service. Delivery to the USA and Europe usually takes an estimated 5–7 business days after handover to the carrier. Exceptional circumstances, including the security situation, customs clearance, holidays and flight restrictions, may extend this period. The price and estimated delivery time for the specific address will be provided for approval before the order is completed.
All import taxes, customs duties, local VAT, levies, clearance charges and handling fees imposed in the destination country are excluded from the jewelry and shipping prices and are the customer's responsibility to pay to the collecting authority or provider. The customer is responsible for checking local import requirements and providing information and documents needed for clearance. Charges collected by authorities or third parties are not refunded by the store; requests for their repayment must be directed to the collecting party under the destination country's rules.
